Taking good care of debtors is our priority, which is why we employ highly trained & experienced agents acting as our client’s custodians. All frontline staff are trained to use recognised techniques allowing them to identify potentially vulnerable debtors. Our dedicated Welfare Team can then help, by referring them onwards for support & advice.
