Can the enforcement agent take my goods if I won’t sign anything?

Yes. The regulations do not require your signature or co-operation for goods to be removed or sold.

We may invite you to enter into a controlled goods agreement and if so the enforcement agent can leave you with the goods whilst you pay by instalments. If you do not enter such an arrangement the enforcement agent should remove your goods straight away.
