Joined us in 1982
With more than 37 years’ experience in the enforcement profession, Andy is committed to driving a professional and regulated enforcement service in the UK and promotes this through various speaker and written platforms. He has regularly consulted with central government and related bodies around standards and reforms.
Andy is a former President of the Enforcement Services Association (now Civil Enforcement Association - CIVEA) and has served on the Executive Council since 1991. He is also a member of the Enforcement Law Review Group and a member of both the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation (IRRV) and the British Parking Association (BPA)
