We’re on a mission to change the face of debt resolution and we’d love you to join our growing team!

Bristow & Sutor, the best career move you never thought you’d make! It’s true, most people don’t start with a debt resolution company at the top of their list. But that’s probably because of the old stereotypes about the debt collection industry. We’re different. We’re glad to say that with us, things are changing for the better, replacing old stereotypes with new ideas.

For us, debt resolution is first and foremost a people business. It’s about understanding the issues that a customer faces, and trying to find a solution together that works for everyone.

Our mission is to improve debt resolution, and we’ve already made big steps forward. Like making it simple and convenient to pay online or offering fair and flexible payment options. And it’s working. Because we’re making debt recovery better, we’re winning more contracts, with new companies wanting to work with us.

My Career at Bristow & Sutor

“I decided to do a Level 3 Payroll Apprenticeship with Bristow & Sutor to gain a qualification. I learnt so much more than expected during the course and with the support of the business I passed my exams.”

Why Bristow & Sutor?

Proudly part of the Bristow & Sutor Group, B&S is a leading force in council tax, non-domestic rates and unpaid penalty charge notice (PCN) collection. For us, it’s about operating in an empathetic, clear and ethical way, as shown by the flawless 100% score we achieved in an independent audit of the CIVEA code of practice. We’ve been in business for over 47 years and over this time we have built an excellent reputation in the industry as well as building a solid value proposition for our colleagues. Our client satisfaction results are second to none – and that’s all down to our brilliant colleagues!

Along with the other businesses in the Group – Debt Recovery Plus and Credit Style – we use technology and data analytics to achieve market-leading collection performance whilst protecting the most vulnerable in society and the reputations of our clients. We’re based in Redditch, South Birmingham with easy access from the Midlands and free parking onsite. There’s always something going on, whether it a table tennis challenge or a team lunchtime walks. We’d love you to join us.
