With more than 37 years’ experience in the enforcement profession, Andy is committed to driving a professional and regulated enforcement service in the UK.
Richard Sutor
Chief Performance Officer
Joined us in 2002
Richard joined after graduating from Nottingham University with a BEng in Engineering. He initially developed his understanding of our business by working in all departments before moving to IT, where he was responsible for all development - including the writing of our first client web portal and our transition to a bespoke new IT system.
Brian Maynard
Chief Financial Officer
Joined us in 2017
Brian is a chartered accountant and experienced finance director. At Bristow & Sutor he is responsible for making sure that the right financial information is available for decision-making, as well as for understanding and communicating the financial performance of the business and planning for the future.
Paul Lillico
Chief Technology Officer
Joined us in 2018
Paul has specialised in technology for fast paced PE backed businesses, spanning data management and software development with ClarityBlue and Experian. Data management, composition and design services with Williams Lea, and organisational change, cloud infrastructure, and sales technologies for Citation.

Daniel has over 15 years’ experience in Revenues and has previously worked in various roles within Local Government, the Private Sector and a large Social Housing provider.

Darren has worked in the Parking industry for a number of years including 12 years within Local Authority and 3 years in Private Parking.
