What is an enforcement agent?

Enforcement agents work on behalf of creditors to recover the debts that they have been unable to collect. Previously we were known as bailiffs, but on 6^th April 2014, legislation changed some of the terminology around the enforcement process and determined the fees we’re able to charge. Our power to enforce debts is unaffected.
